Approving Cost

The fifth step in creating a job is approving the cost to begin transcription of the audio.

A DepoScribe job does not incur any cost to the account until the job is approved. The approval step shows the details of the job to be run, including the duration of the audio. That duration is what will be applied to your account at the appropriate rate for your pricing plan.

Once submitted, the audio will be transcribed by our systems. Generally, a 90 minute file will complete in 30 seconds or less. After transcription, DepoScribe will automatically move to the Assign Speakers step.
