Entering Case Details

The third step in creating a job in DepoScribe is to provide the case details. This step will only appear for the Deposition and Hearing/Trial event types. The General Meeting type does not require a case to be provided.

Entering the case name will search for existing cases, so you can avoid entering the information again. You can also create a new case if the case does not already exist by clicking the New Case button.

Case Information Fields

The Case Name is what you can use to look up the case later. Generally, this is the name of the actual filed case, but it can also be any other identifiable name you choose.
