Clearing Document Timestamps

The timestamps provided on the Colloquy and Q&A lines in DepoScribe.ai are a convenient way to know when a particular line of text was spoken in the uploaded audio file. This allows you to quickly jump to that part of the audio file. These annotations do not carry through to any PDF or plaintext versions of the document, but you may still have a reason to remove them before sending the document along to a client.

You can easily remove these timestamps by selecting the entire document with Ctrl + A and then using the key command Ctrl + Shift + F9. That will convert all of the special identifiers to plain text in the document and remove the timestamps.
