Do I get a free trial?

Yes! We are so confident that users will see the utility in DepoScribe, we offer your first three jobs completely free with no financial obligation.

Is my transcript output formatted specific to state formatting guidelines?

Yes! DepoScribe has combed through the code sections for every state to ensure that the formatting guidelines for that state have been met. If you have a specific judge or jurisdiction that has their own way of formatting, document-wide changes can be made with the Word formatting tools embedded in your DepoScribe Word doc.

How much time can I save with DepoScribe?

Great question! Please check out our savings calculator on the home page. Enter your specific number of audio hours/pages and find out! As of now, the best metrics we have on transcription are that for every one hour of on-the-record audio it takes, on average, about 4 hours of transcription time. Utilizing DepoScribe, Transcribers can bring that ratio down from 1:4 to as low as 1:1.5. DepoScribe is working tirelessly to bring that ratio even lower.

How much money can I save as a Reporting or Transcription firm owner with DepoScribe?

Great question! Please check out our savings calculator on the home page. You can enter your specific amount of audio hours/pages and find out!

Can I upload a single file with all speakers? Can I upload multiple audio files with individual speakers?

Yes to both! DepoScribe technology allows for either a single audio channel with all speakers OR you can upload individual participant audio files. Or a mix of both! If the deposition has multiple speakers on one file AND individual speakers on others, you can upload all of them and assign speakers to each.

What types of events can DepoScribe be used for?

Great question! DepoScribe works great for depositions, hearings, and trials. We also support a General Meeting type that can output a Colloquy only document useful for EUOs, Arbitrations, Mediations, City Council Meetings, and any other type of recording.
